Mr. Prospery Christopher Simpemba is the pioneer and Regional Coordinator of the Southern African Regional Office of Astronomy for Development (SAROAD). He works as a physics lecturer and researcher at the Copperbelt University in Zambia. His research interest areas include spectral energy distribution of blazars and radio galaxies, cultural astronomy - documenting the untold astronomy related stories and solar physics. He founded the Space Generation Zambia Chapter in 2003. From 2010-2012 he was the Africa Regional Coordinator for Space Generation Advisory Council. Prospery is currently the interim Secretary General of the Physics Society of Zambia and Vice Chairperson for the Pan African Planetary and Space Science Network (PAPSSN) Consortium Board. In the FAST4Future project, Prospery leads work package 7 which is ‘Impact and Dissemination’.
